XLANGUAGE provides a means for retreiving language specific
information from a web server, if it is available.

Example

XLANGUAGE zh
http://www.ictp.trieste.it

The above example should cause the web server to send the
chinese version of the web page.

NOTES

Not all web servers or sites implement multi-lingual support.
This command will not work very well for GET  and SEND.

Note that the language codes are the MIME equivalant, this
can be determined from a WEB browser such as Netscape.
