XDELETEJOB is a command that removes a submitted a job ID from 
the server's queue.

Example

XDELETEJOB id
URL_here

where "id" corresponds to the JOB-ID field in the output from
a XMYQUOTA request.

This means it is possible to remove a previously queueing job.
