WWW4MAIL implements differential quotas based on the
MIME type of the file you are accessing.

For text files the quota is decreased by 1
For Binary files the quota is decreased by 3

Note that other variations may exist as implemented by the
server administrator.

Example images could count as 5

The Quota is generally renewed automatically every 7 days,
It is not possible to say that the Quota week is Sunday to Sunday
or Monday to Monday.

Note that when you run out of quota, you will receive an extra
message containing Error 503. After that the server will not
reply you until a new quota week has started.
