www4mail provides 3 commands that permit allow
users to manage thier stored cookies.

XCLEARCOOKIES
=============
XCLEARCOOKIES
http://www.yahoo.com

The above examle would delete all stored cookies.
New cookies would be accepted, used and stored.


XDISABLECOOKIES
===============
XDISABLECOOKIES
http://www.yahoo.com

The above example would disable the use of cookies
temporarily. Old cookies are still present in the
storage file. New cookies are not stored or used. 

XNOCOOKIES
==========
XNOCOOKIES
http://www.yahoo.com

The above example would delete all existing cookies
permanently. New cookies are not stored or used.
